WHY IS THE PROJECT IMPORTANT
We are conducting monthly virtual meetings with our local business leaders and our local/regional organizations that provide support to the businesses.
OVERALL PROJECT GOAL
The gathering is an opportunity to learn from each other, share resources, and collectively improve how we think about talent attraction and retention in Grand County.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO- DATE
The team is currently working on developing employee training programs that all of our local businesses can take advantage of. Topics include:
(1) How to support employee personal well-being?
(2) How to elevate how all of our local businesses deliver customer service to the guests who visit our community?
